VIRTUAL YOGA CLASS
Practice an all levels yoga class with certified yoga & meditation instructor, Kailin, and experience how breath-aligned movement alleviates stress and anxiety. Establish balance in your life—on and off the mat. In this class, you'll learn practices that you can use at home when you're in need of grounding and support.
REIKI SELF HEALING
Learn from certified Reiki Master, Tatiana, how to administer reiki energy healing on yourself to soothe the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki healing is a Japanese energy practice that establishes a feeling of calm and relief. You'll learn how to do this for yourself at home.
Hear from certified yoga instructor and herbal enthusiast, Ryan, on how to keep the body and mind balanced using natural herbs, remedies, and foods that promote well-being. Our health begins with what we put into our bodies. Empower yourself and learn how to use the resources nature provides to heal and maintain optimal health.
We will end with an open floor Q&A session with all three presenters to share and explore your thoughts and questions.

Kailin is a certified 500-Hour Yoga & Meditation Instructor, Reiki Master, and Sound Therapist from Scranton, PA. Kailin's teaching style is intuitive, informed, and inclusive. She works diligently to ensure all of her students and clients feel comfortable and inspired to grow.
Kailin is passionate about sharing her expertise to help you find balance in your life. Her classes and private sessions are designed intentionally to help you find relief from chronic stress by learning techniques to calm the nervous system.
Kailin's gentle nature and light-hearted personality create a safe and supportive environment for diving deep into your own self-development. Practicing with her helps you clear away tension, fear, and doubt to rediscover the path back to yourself!
Meet Tatiana Tell
Tatiana is a certified Reiki Master from Scranton, PA, who is passionate about energy healing and intuitive healing. She is also a tarot & oracle reader who invites you to embrace every part of yourself and life’s traumas through shadow work. She hopes to inspire and guide others to feel comfortable, confident, and powerful in their own minds, bodies, and spirits.

Ryan is a certified 200-Hour Yoga & Meditation Teacher from Honesdale, PA. Ryan's admiration for nature, adventure, and holistic healing is the driving force behind his teachings. As a graphic designer, videographer, and professional creative, Ryan's focus in life is to appreciate and nurture the beauty and potential in all things. This includes people, places, experiences, and even the challenges we face.
Ryan is an advocate for joy and an avid explorer, unafraid to venture into the unknown. His morals are based upon balance, trustful surrender, and the importance of play. Practicing with Ryan reminds us all that true abundance comes from within.
