About the event

Join Candice for a Yoga Nidra session focused on building resilience for the year ahead! Often called “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that takes you into a state of profound rest while remaining fully aware.


Through breath awareness, body scanning, and guided visualization, this class will invite you to release stress, restore balance, and tap into your inner reservoir of strength! You’ll be guided to connect with a sense of adaptability and acceptance, empowering you to face life’s challenges with confidence and calm.


Yoga Nidra is a form meditation and does not require any movement. Simply lie down, relax, and allow this restorative journey to strengthen your mind, body, and spirit.
