Melisa Frantz
At the age of 48, Melisa Frantz found herself navigating significant life transitions. In search of a healthy outlet, she attended a yoga class with a friend. The calmness she experienced during that first class lingered throughout the day, and yoga quickly became an integral part of her daily routine.
After stepping away from a 30-year career in hospitality, Melisa decided to deepen her exploration of yoga. She joined Mission Yoga’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program, where Kelly Bedford and her team of exceptional instructors provided a profoundly enriching experience.
Melisa believes in the transformative power of yoga, helping individuals connect with their breath and guiding them through a thoughtful sequence of asanas to achieve a meditative state. Her approach leaves students feeling focused, centered, and balanced, both on and off the mat.
In her free time, Melisa enjoys tending to her flowerbeds, gardening, and landscaping. When not outdoors, she loves spending time in the kitchen, cooking, and baking for her loved ones.

Kait Sacchetti
Kait is a 200-hour yoga teacher whose love for yoga began three years ago when she attended her first class at a local studio. She fell in love with a practice that quickly transformed her life mentally, physically, and spiritually. She started teacher training as a way to dive deeper into her own practice and soon realized how much she loved helping others do the same.
Certified in vinyasa, chair yoga, and restorative yoga, Kait loves combining elements of each style into one unique practice. Movement is medicine for her and a daily practice. She loves slowing down, being fully present, and sweating (or stretching) out any negativity!
Kait’s favorite part about teaching is connecting with students. Her mission is to ground you, challenge you, and most of all, uplift you.
Off the mat, Kait works in healthcare and is a wife, dog mom of two, and grad student. She loves slow mornings, reading, and traveling.

Dawn Miller
Dawn Miller is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor who began her journey with yoga about six years ago, although she soon came to realize that a part of her had always been on this path.
Like many beginners, Dawn began her practice with some misconceptions about what yoga was and how it “should” be, trying to mirror the efforts and stature of others. Everything shifted when she found an instructor who resonated with her and showed her that yoga wasn’t about the “perfect” pose. It was about finding strength from within, pushing herself into the unknown, and finding meaning beyond the pose. Yoga became something she not only enjoyed, but needed mentally and spiritually.
As her journey deepened, taking in every breath and discovering the sublime form of herself, Dawn was inspired to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training. Her passion is helping others embrace their inner selves as they truly are and find their own personal journey, whether big or small. Through her teaching, she creates an open space for each person to embrace who they are, both physically and mentally, and honor the space they have created in the Universe!
