SOUND THERAPY
is an immersive wellness practice using therapeutic sound instruments and vibration to encourage deep relaxation, quiet mental activity, and create a sense of grounding and restoration. Through layered tones, frequencies, and vibration, sound offers the mind and body an intentional space to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

Reiki Session

Enjoy a full-body Reiki treatment from a certified Reiki Master. This hands-on guided relaxation practice creates an intentional space to slow down, release tension, quiet mental clutter, and encourage balance in the nervous system. Each session offers a peaceful, meditative experience centered around deep relaxation.
Sound Bath Session
60 mins $100
A private sound bath using therapeutic instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, rain disks, crystal harp, and more. Layered sound and vibration create an immersive environment for deep relaxation, energetic balance, grounding, and restoration to help calm the nervous system.
Reiki + Sound Bath
60 mins $125
Pair the modalities of Reiki & Sound Healing together for a an even deeper inner experience. This immersive relaxation session combines hands-on reiki energy work with therapeutic sound instruments to guide you intentionally into deep rest. Leave feeling rejuvenated in body and mind.
Reiki/Sound for Two

This 90-minute intuitive discovery session is a sacred space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what your soul needs to find peace. Through Reiki, sound healing, meditation, and spiritual reflection, your session is thoughtfully curated to your needs through a pre-session questionnaire.
