REIKI ENERGY WORK

is a hands-on Japanese holistic healing practice administered by a certified professional. It can help physical and emotional health, balance the chakras, reduce stress, ease tension, lower pain, soothe anxiety/depression and grief, reverse insomnia, remove energetic blockages, etc.

SOUND THERAPY

is a vibrational medicine using a variety of instruments to regulate your brainwaves and nervous system to relieve discomfort. These instruments resonate with specific frequencies known by science to bring harmony back to the mind and body. Sound healing is one of the most progressive new therapy techniques to regulate the nervous system.
