Harmonize + Heal: 90-Minute Workshop

Healing Harmony is a 90-minute immersive experience that brings the therapeutic power of sound directly to the body through bronze Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, restorative yoga, and aromatherapy.

Experience sound beyond what you hear. As traditional bronze Tibetan singing bowls are placed and played directly on the body, their deep, resonant vibrations travel through the areas of contact, creating a unique sensation of sound felt from within. Therapeutic tuning forks introduce precise frequencies and focused vibrations, inviting awareness into areas of tension and encouraging the body to settle into deeper relaxation.

This experience is complemented by restorative yoga designed to gently release tension held within the fascia, the intricate web of connective tissue that supports and connects the entire body. Fully supported by bolsters, blankets, and props, you'll rest in long-held postures that allow the muscles to soften, the breath to deepen, and the nervous system to unwind.

Kailin and Ryan weave together vibration, stillness, and soothing aromatherapy for an experience that invites you to listen to the body in an entirely new way. No experience needed!
