Kids Yoga! 6–12 Years

Invite your child to exlpore the wild world of yoga and watch them adventure through postures they'll love! Encourage their curiosity of the 5 senses, expand upon their mobility, and maximize their feelings of connection and unity. They'll learn useful breath exercises like "bumble-bee breath," learn about self-awareness, and even partake in sound healing and meditation!

AGES: 6–12 Years

Payment required for child only.

Bring a mat, if possible!

Parents can join their child on the mat, sit in the back of the room and watch, or drop their child off and pick them up.
