Kids Yoga! 7–11 Years

Invite your child to explore the wild world of yoga and adventure through postures they'll love! Encourage their curiosity, expand upon their mobility, and maximize their feelings of connection and unity. Together they will learn useful breath exercises and meditation techniques to learn about relaxation, self-awareness, and more!

Bring a mat, if possible!

Parents can join their child on the mat, sit in the back of the room and watch, or drop their child off and pick them up.
