Sacred Rose Sound Bath + Tea Ceremony

In this intimate gathering, we come together to slow down, open the senses, and rest in a space of quiet nourishment through a sacred rose tea ceremony and immersive sound bath.

We will begin by meeting rose through tea, aroma, and mindful presence. As the tea is prepared and shared, we honor rose as a heart-supporting plant ally, inviting emotional balance, nervous system ease, and gentle opening. This tea ritual is slow and intentional, creating a container of reverence and care before moving into rest.

From this softened state, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath. Resting comfortably, you will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and layered harmonic instruments. Each participant will receive a piece of rose quartz to hold or place on their heart during the sound bath, supporting heart-centered awareness and quiet reflection. You’re invited to meditate with this stone throughout the experience and take it home as a physical reminder of the practice.
