Join Kyonna McClain for this transformative workshop and enter a space designed to help you come back to yourself. A space to arrive as you are and rest in a calming environment that allows us to slow down, gather our energy, and reconnect with the part of us that knows how to trust and love ourselves. This is the wisdom that lives within our bodies, shaped by generations of mothers before us.

The workshop includes gentle yoga and fully supported restorative postures, with hands-on Reiki offered by Kyonna as you rest, followed by a guided meditation and extended savasana to reconnect you to your inner power. This practice is designed to help release discomfort in the body from stored tension in the nervous system, while uplifting the mind and spirit through guided meditation and deep rest. The experience ends with time to connect, reflect, and enjoy a tea circle with other moms. ✨ Kyonna McClain is a dedicated yoga teacher and fellow mom filled with energy and passion for guiding others through their yoga practice. Yoga has been a form of therapy that she has used for several years to cultivate love within herself and reconnection in her life. She received her 200-Hour Yoga Certification in the Himalayas of India from Rishikul Yogshala.
