We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to ground and awaken presence. Ceremonial cacao—rich, pure, and gently energizing—helps quiet the noise of the mind and attune us to the wisdom of the heart. As we sip, we’ll explore the energy of winter: introspection, stillness, and faith in unseen growth. Together, we’ll honor the nourishment that comes from pausing, resting, and trusting the cycles of renewal.

We’ll co-create a large, symbolic mandala using natural winter elements—evergreen branches, pinecones, crystals and other gifts of the season. This mindful, meditative practice becomes a visual prayer of connection and renewal. When our mandala is complete, we’ll reflect on its meaning and, in a tender act of surrender, release it—acknowledging impermanence and the beauty of the cycle of life, death, and rebirth.

Each participant will receive an oracle card to offer insight, inspiration, and intuitive guidance for the winter season.
