Yin + Violin: Live Music Yoga

Yin + Violin is a special restorative yin yoga experience led by Kailin and accompanied by exquisite live music from Abington Heights High School Honors Orchestra members Aiden Covell and Sua Kim. Surrounded by candlelight, you’ll settle into slow, supported poses using bolsters, blankets, and other props as live violin music fills the room. This peaceful practice will blend gentle stretching, mindful breath, and moments of stillness, creating an experience that feels deeply grounding, immersive, and a little bit magical.
